Company Accounts Filing Deadline

Companies must submit their accounts to Companies House within 9 months after the financial year ends. For example, if your company’s financial year ends on 31st March 2024, you must file your accounts by 31st December 2024.

Corporation Tax Filing Deadline

The deadline for submitting your corporation tax return to HMRC is 12 months after the end of the accounting period. For example, if your accounting period ends on 31st March 2024, you must file your corporation tax return by 31st March 2025.

Payment of Corporation Tax

Corporation tax payments are due 9 months and 1 day after the end of the accounting period. For example, if your accounting period ends on 31st March 2024, your corporation tax payment is due by 1st January 2025.
